CRESTON — The Creston Police Department has released details of three arrests occurring between February 27 and March 1, 2026.

CRESTON — The Creston Police Department has released details of three arrests occurring between February 27 and March 1, 2026.

According to a press release issued March 2, 2026, officers made the following arrests:

On February 27, 2026, at approximately 7:43 a.m., Rey Santiago Saturno-Hernandez, 19, of 901 S. Birch St., was arrested at 908 W. Summit. Saturno-Hernandez was charged with Public Intoxication. He was transported to the Union County Jail, seen by a magistrate and released on his own recognizance.

On February 28, 2026, at approximately 1:10 p.m., Lester Glenn Franke, 60, of 304 North St., was arrested at 307 North St. Franke was charged with Harassment 1st Degree (three counts). He was transported to the Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $6,000 cash or surety was posted.

On March 1, 2026, at approximately 2:51 a.m., Colleen Ann Reed, 50, of 1786 Sycamore Ave., Prescott, Iowa, was arrested at Highway 34 and Smith Street. Reed was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine – 1st Offense. She was transported to the Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $1,300 cash or surety was posted.

The Creston Police Department handled the arrests. All criminal charges are merely accusations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
