2026 Fremont County Fair Schedule
Thursday, July 16
– 7-7:30AM
o Vet checks for all horses at trailers. Horses should remain near their trailer until a successful vet check has been completed.
– 8AM
o 4-H & FFA Horse Show, Horse Arena
– 8-11AM
o Open Class entries are accepted, Open Class Building
– 11AM
o Books in the Barn presented by Nora, Horse Arena
o Open Class Judging, Open Class Building
– 3:30-4:30PM
o Pullorum Testing, Fremont County Vet Clinic
Must register for a time slot on FairEntry
o Poultry must go straight to the fairgrounds and be in place by 5PM
– 5:30PM
o Fair Queen Candidate Introductions & Coronation
o 4-H, FFA, & Clover Kids Table Setting Awards, Communication Awards, & Fashion Showcase with Awards
– 7:30PM
o Vet checks begin for market and breeding beef, except dairy cattle & cow/calf pairs. DO NOT UNLOAD until instructed. Vet checks will be performed as cattle come off the trailers.
– 8:15PM
o Market Beef Weigh-in, Show Arena
Friday, July 17
– 7AM-NOON
o 4-H Pie Baking Contest & Clover Kids Muffin Mix-Off at assigned times, McElroy Building
– 8AM
o 4-H & FFA Swine Show, Show Ring
o Donuts provided by Farm Credit Services of America, Pavilion
– 11AM
o Books in the Barn, Show Ring
Down by the Barn by Will Hillenbrand, Presented by Heidi
• Free book for each family who attends!
– NOON
o Vet checks begin for all rabbits, dairy cattle and cow/calf pairs. DO NOT UNLOAD/UNCAGE until instructed.
o Rabbit Tattoo Check/Weigh-in, following vet check
o Meat Bird Weigh-in
