Glenwood police arrest Nebraska man on out-of-county warrant

GLENWOOD — The Glenwood Police Department reports the arrest of a Nebraska man on an out-of-county or out-of-state warrant.

According to the department’s arrest press log, 47-year-old Walter Thomas Kerr III of Hastings, Nebraska, was arrested at approximately 8:35 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, near the intersection of South Chestnut Street and Townsend Street in Glenwood.

Kerr was taken into custody on an out-of-county or out-of-state warrant. The release listed his bond amount as $0.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
