Montgomery County, Iowa — A Red Oak man was arrested early Friday morning on a public intoxication charge, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said deputies arrested 21-year-old Aridai Hernandez-Morales of Red Oak at approximately 1:35 a.m. on March 27, 2026. He was charged with public intoxication, a simple misdemeanor.
Authorities said Hernandez-Morales was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on $300 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was the agency involved in the arrest.
