Glenwood Police Department Arrest Report

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Glenwood Police Department reported three arrests in its arrest press log covering May 8 through May 13, 2026. All three arrests were made by Glenwood Police.

According to the report, Nykhia Clair Miller, 21, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested May 8 at 11:54 p.m. near Arnold Street and South Locust Street in Glenwood. Miller was charged with first-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was listed at $1,000 for the marijuana charge and $300 for the paraphernalia charge.

Savannah Neosha Smith, 21, of Glenwood, was arrested May 11 at 8:43 p.m. on Sharp Street in Glenwood. Smith was charged with first-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was listed at $1,000 for the marijuana charge and $300 for the paraphernalia charge.

Nicholas Adam Weinfurther, 40, of Council Bluffs, was arrested May 13 at 3:29 a.m. near South Locust Street in Glenwood. Weinfurth was charged with driving while barred. Bond was listed at $2,000.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
