Griswold Elementary Principal Nigel Horton says the school year has been a success, with strong student growth and a continued focus on character development.
Programs like Tiger Pals are connecting elementary students with older mentors, while fifth graders are preparing for their weeklong School of the Wild outdoor learning experience.
Upcoming dates include Preschool Roundup on April 20, the elementary spring concert on April 24, and a school board meeting April 20 that includes a proposed property tax reduction.
The district is also reviewing staff input on a potential four-day school week.
