Montgomery County Development Corporation Executive Director Ben Lundgren joined us on KCSI to talk about ongoing efforts to grow and strengthen the local economy.
Lundgren says MCDC is a public-private partnership focused on economic development across Montgomery County. He’s been meeting with local businesses and community members to build connections, gather ideas, and help address challenges.
Membership in MCDC is open to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals who want to support growth in the area.
Lundgren will also attend the RISE Iowa Rural Summit this week to bring back ideas that could benefit local communities.
