RED OAK, Iowa — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests in Red Oak.
On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at approximately 4:31 p.m., the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle in the 2000 block of 200th Street in Red Oak. The driver, 31-year-old Tylor Daniel Fine of Red Oak, was arrested for driving while license suspended. According to the report, Fine’s license had been suspended 13 times by the State of Iowa. Fine was released by a magistrate on Thursday, May 28, 2026, on his own recognizance.
In a separate case, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at approximately 11:57 a.m., deputies arrested 34-year-old Christine Whitney McGlade of Red Oak in the 1700 block of 250th Street. McGlade was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse assault with injuries. She was being held on no bond at the time of the report.
The arrests were reported by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
