Red Oak Man Arrested Following Domestic Incident

On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at approximately 1:10 p.m., officers with the Red Oak Police Department were dispatched to the 700 block of Ann Street in response to a reported domestic incident.

Following an investigation, officers arrested Bryan Daniel King, 38, of Red Oak, and charged him with Domestic Assault – 1st Offense, a simple misdemeanor.

King was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held without bond at the time of this report.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
