RED OAK, Iowa — The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of a Red Oak man on charges related to a protection order violation and harassment.
According to the department, officers arrested 30-year-old Andrew Michael Brammer at approximately 10:55 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 215 East Second Street in Red Oak.
Brammer was charged with violation of a no-contact or protection order and harassment in the third degree.
Brammer was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held without bond at the time the information was released.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
