Red Oak Pool Expected to Open June 19 After Repair of Broken Pipe
With the Red Oak City Pool opening later than usual, the city is reducing pool pass prices for the season.
Family passes will be reduced from $200 to $175. Individual passes will be reduced from $75 to $65.
Red Oak City Administrator Lisa Kotter says those who already purchased passes at the original price will have a credit held for next year.
Pool passes may be purchased through the city’s regular online system, with payment made at City Hall, by phone, by mail, or by dropping off payment.
The city is anticipating a Friday, June 19 opening date, with a possibility of opening earlier that week if mechanical work, chemical balancing, and state testing are completed sooner.
