U.S. Senator Joni Ernst joined us on-air to discuss efforts to reduce federal fraud, waste, and abuse, including concerns she raised about alleged misuse of taxpayer funds tied to programs and earmarks in Minnesota. She also talked about continued work in Congress to tighten oversight and close loopholes that allow fraud.
Closer to home, Senator Ernst recognized LeRette Funeral Chapel in Red Oak, owned by Brian and Dawn LeRette, as her Small Business of the Week, thanking them for serving families across our area with care and compassion.
