Shenandoah Elementary is heading into a busy stretch as the school year winds down.
Principal Jordan Newberg says ISASP testing begins next week for third and fourth graders, with testing running through Friday. The assessments help measure student progress and guide instruction moving forward.
The school is also preparing for its annual elementary carnival on May 15. The free community event will include bounce houses, games, food trucks, and raffles.
Spring concerts are underway, and students are also getting ready for the upcoming elementary musical in early May.
