MILLS COUNTY — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest report covering March 9 through March 15, 2026, detailing multiple arrests across the county involving drug offenses, theft, assault, and other charges.
According to the report, Nicholas James Gragg, 34, of Malvern, was arrested March 9 at 11:07 a.m. near 188th Street in Pacific Junction. Gragg faces multiple charges including possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, fifth-degree theft, interference with official acts causing bodily injury, and child endangerment. Bond was set at $0 on one count, $2,000, $300, $300, $1,000, and $4,000.
Later that day, at 1:59 p.m., Jennifer Marie Pickle, 29, of Glenwood, was arrested on North Grove Street in Glenwood on charges of possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment. Bond was set at $0 and $3,000.
At 10:34 p.m. on March 9, Alana Joleen Gerhart, 19, of Pacific Junction, was arrested near Everick Road and Glover Road and charged with operating while under the influence, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
On March 10, Nicholas James Bonacci, 35, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on Sharp Street in Glenwood for contempt, resisting a court order. Bond was set at $0.
That same day at 4:21 p.m., Cedric Jerome King, 62, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on Sharp Street in Glenwood for unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,500. Bond was set at $2,000.
On March 11, Aaron Michael Lacy, 48, of Nebraska City, Nebraska, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on Foxworthy Lane in Glenwood and charged with first-degree theft involving more than $10,000. Bond was set at $10,000.
Later that evening at 9:33 p.m., Alfred James Hutchings, 30, of Shenandoah, was arrested on Bartlett Street in Emerson for assault with intent to cause serious injury. Bond was set at $2,000.
On March 12 at 1:45 p.m., Paige Rae Wooley, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on West Hammond Street in Red Oak on two counts of probation violation. Bond was set at $2,000 on each count.
The final arrest in the report occurred March 13 at 11:50 a.m., when Jeffery Richard Pape, 64, of Emerson, was taken into custody on East Main Street in Clarinda on an out-of-county warrant. Bond was set at $2,000.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The Mills County Sheriff’s Office handled all arrests.
