RED OAK — The Mongomery County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of an Omaha, Nebraska, man following a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 34 and A Avenue.
Hayden Herkenrath of Omaha was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor.
Herkenrath was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $1,000 bond at the time the information was released.
The charge is an allegation, and Herkenrath is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
