Elliott Woman Arrested on Domestic Abuse Assault Charge
ELLIOTT, Iowa — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports an Elliott woman was arrested Friday morning on a domestic abuse assault charge.
According to the sheriff’s office, Montgomery County deputies arrested 38-year-old Angela Flinn of Elliott at about 8:45 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2026. Flinn was taken into custody in the 2000 block of 145th Street.
Authorities say Flinn was charged with domestic abuse assault, first offense. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was being held on no bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
