Garage sale fundraiser
  • Friday, June 5
  • Begins at 8 a.m.
  • At the McCalpin Place in Red Oak
  • Mostly free-will offer or “make an offer”
  • Some tagged items, including prom dresses
  • Donation jar available
  • All proceeds go to the Shrine Bowl
Dinner and silent auction fundraiser
  • Thursday, June 20
  • 4 to 8 p.m., or until food runs out
  • At the Elks in Red Oak
  • Dine-in or carryout
  • Free-will donation
  • Menu: pork loin, cheesy potatoes, cowboy baked beans, dessert
  • Silent auction closes at 8 p.m.
  • Winners will be contacted afterward
Shrine Bowl details
  • Shrine Bowl game is July 24
  • Gabby will spend the week at UNI
  • Activities include cheer camp, hospital visits, community activities, parade, banquet, and the football game
  • Cheerleaders are split into groups and rotate during the game
