Mills County Sheriff’s Office Reports Three Arrests

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported three arrests in its press log covering June 8 through June 14, 2026.

According to the report, 33-year-old Tyler Andrew Dishman of Malvern was arrested June 11 at 6:24 p.m. on 2nd Avenue in Malvern by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office. Dishman was charged with violation of a no-contact order — domestic. Bond was listed at $300.

Jessica Jo Clymer, 41, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested June 11 at 10:12 p.m. on Sharp Street in Glenwood by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office. Clymer was charged with two counts of violation of probation. Bond was listed at $20,000 on each count.

David Osvaldo Ramirez-Biggs, 39, of Glenwood, was arrested June 12 at 8:20 a.m. on Barrus Road in Glenwood by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office. Ramirez-Biggs was charged with sexual assault — no injury. Bond was listed at $2,000.

The sheriff’s office notes that a criminal charge is merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
