A Red Oak man was arrested Saturday afternoon following a traffic stop in Red Oak.
According to the Red Oak Police Department, officers arrested 42-year-old Jeremiah Foote on Saturday, July 3rd, at approximately 4:00 p.m. The arrest followed a traffic stop at the intersection of 8th Street and Summit Street.
Foote was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense, and carrying a dangerous weapon while intoxicated.
He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on $1,000 bond.
The charges are accusations, and Foote is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
