A Council Bluffs man was arrested Tuesday afternoon following a traffic stop in Montgomery County.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 45-year-old Ian Leib of Council Bluffs at approximately 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, following a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 34 and Highway 48.
Leib was transported to the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was being held on $2,000 bond.
