Red Oak woman arrested for alleged no-contact order violation

RED OAK — A 29-year-old Red Oak woman was arrested Thursday afternoon for allegedly violating a no-contact protection order.

The Red Oak Police Department reports officers arrested Betty Marie Gonzalez at approximately 4:48 p.m. Thursday, July 23, in the 400 block of East Market Street. Gonzalez was charged with violation of a no-contact protection order.

Gonzalez was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was being held without bond at the time the information was released.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
