Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests

ATLANTIC, Iowa — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has released information regarding nine arrests made between July 24 and July 28.

On July 24, deputies arrested 45-year-old Stephen Bryan Youngs of Clarinda on a warrant for violation of probation. Youngs was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and released on bond.

Also on July 24, 40-year-old Corey Andrew Stephens of Oakland was arrested on a charge of driving while barred. Stephens was booked into the Cass County Jail and later released on bond.

Deputies also arrested 67-year-old Randy Scott Krisinger of Griswold on July 24 on a charge of reckless use of a firearm with no injury. Krisinger was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

On July 25, 19-year-old Elana Lynn Rossell of Atlantic was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated, first offense. Rossell was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on her own recognizance.

Also on July 25, deputies arrested 58-year-old James Arthur Warrior of Stuart on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrior was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.

Andrew David Sachs, 35, of Walnut was also arrested July 25 on a charge of operating while intoxicated, first offense. Sachs was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

On July 26, 41-year-old Sean Michael Bloomfield of Atlantic was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bloomfield was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

Deputies also arrested 27-year-old Cheyenne M. Kopecky of Lincolnwood, Illinois, on July 26 on a charge of operating while intoxicated, second offense. Kopecky was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on bond.

On July 28, 34-year-old Troy Allen James Walker of Atlantic was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. Walker was booked into the Cass County Jail and released on his own recognizance.

All criminal charges are merely accusations, and each defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
