Two arrested Friday in separate Red Oak incidents

RED OAK — The Red Oak Police Department reported two arrests Friday, July 31.

At approximately 4:43 p.m., officers arrested 37-year-old Brandon Lee Guggenhan in the 500 block of North Fifth Street on two valid Montgomery County warrants.

The first warrant was for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to provide aid or information, with a $1,000 cash bond. The second warrant was for failure to provide proof of financial liability following an accident, with a $1,500 cash bond.

Guggenhan was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on a total bond of $2,500 cash only.

Later Friday, at approximately 11:03 p.m., Red Oak police conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Eastern Avenue. Officers arrested 40-year-old Jessica Louise Abraham of Red Oak on a charge of operating while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor.

Abraham was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
