MCMH Foundation launches first-ever “Trivia Through the Decades” fundraiser Feb. 21 in Red Oak
Red Oak area residents can put their knowledge (and their decade-themed costumes) to the test at the first-ever MCMH Foundation Trivia Night: Trivia Through the Decades on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Gold Fair Building (1809 N 4th St, Red Oak).
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with trivia beginning at 6:00 p.m. Teams can reserve a table for $300 (up to 8 players, not prorated for smaller teams). The event is 21+ and is BYOB with guests encouraged to bring their own snacks and beverages.
A professional host (and a full night of fun)
This year’s trivia host is Mike Monday, a professional trivia and game-night emcee known for high-energy events.
In addition to trivia, the night will feature a silent auction, themed games, and surprise elements throughout the evening.
Theme: “Through the Decades”
Teams are encouraged to decorate tables and dress up with a decade theme—anything from the 1920s to the 2000s (or even a multi-decade mashup). Prizes will be awarded for the Best Decorated Table and the Trivia Winner.
Why it matters
All proceeds support the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Foundation, with funds dedicated to strengthening and advancing the MCMH Surgery Center through equipment, technology, and patient-centered improvements.
How to register / sponsor / donate
Registration and details are available online at the MCMH Foundation Trivia Night page.
Questions can be directed to Laura at 712-623-6491.
Sponsorship options include:
  • Champion Sponsor – $1,000 (table for 8, charcuterie board, and broad recognition)
  • Game Time Sponsor – $500 (table for 8 and recognition)
