Montgomery County Encourages Public to Vote for the 250th Street Bridge in the “Bridge as a Fashion Model” Competition

March 31, 2026 Posted by Melanie West Uncategorized

Montgomery County officials are calling on residents, partners, and supporters to cast their vote for the county’s own 250th Street Bridge, which has been officially entered into the 2026 “Bridge as a Fashion Model” competition. The county’s submission features a striking scenic image that captures the structure’s beauty in progress and the landscape it serves.

Voting is open April 1 through April 14, and the public is encouraged to help showcase the pride and spirit of Montgomery County by supporting this local landmark. The winning entries will be announced during the Innovation Breakfast event on Wednesday, April 15.

“We are excited to participate in this creative statewide competition and to highlight one of Montgomery County’s most photographed and appreciated structures,” said the Montgomery County leadership team. “The 250th Street Bridge represents not only infrastructure—but also community, history, and the shared spaces that connect us.”
