Glenwood Police Department reports three arrests

GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Glenwood Police Department reports three arrests between September 15 and September 23, 2026.

According to the Glenwood Police Department Arrest Press Log, 33-year-old Timothy John Jennings of Glenwood was arrested September 16 at 2:02 a.m. on North Locust Street in Glenwood. Jennings was charged with possession of a controlled substance, first, second or third offense; possession of marijuana, third offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; eluding, speed 25 over limit; OWI, first offense; assault while displaying a weapon against a law officer or other; and interference with official acts causing serious injury. Bond was listed at $25,000.

The report also states 37-year-old Adam Lee Nemetz of Glenwood was arrested September 18 at 5:18 p.m. on North Locust Street in Glenwood. Nemetz was charged with OWI, first offense. Bond was listed at $1,000.

Glenwood Police also report 47-year-old Kerri Anne Scott of Pacific Junction was arrested September 18 at 10:43 p.m. at Nuckolls Street and South Vine Street in Glenwood. Scott was charged with possession of a controlled substance, third offense, and possession of marijuana, third offense. Bond was listed at $5,000.

All three arrests were made by the Glenwood Police Department.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
