Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports Bedford man arrested on warrant
RED OAK, Iowa — The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Bedford man on a valid Montgomery County warrant.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 43-year-old Luke Allan Mullen of Bedford was arrested on September 23, 2026, at approximately 1:17 a.m. on a valid Montgomery County warrant for theft in the second degree.
The sheriff’s office says Mullen was transported to the Montgomery County Corrections, where he was booked in and held on $5,000 cash bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
