Mills County Sheriff’s Office Releases Weekly Arrest Report

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest press log for the week of June 22 through June 28, 2026.

According to the report, six individuals were arrested during the reporting period.

William Gerald Wiese, 43, of Tabor, was arrested on June 24 at 11:59 p.m. on Main Street in Tabor. Wiese was charged with possession of marijuana, first offense; keeping a vehicle or premises for controlled substances; and multiple counts of child endangerment. Bond was listed at $9,000 on the charge of keeping a vehicle or premises for controlled substances.

Joshua Udo Laubert, 32, of Glenwood, was arrested on June 25 at 11:41 p.m. on U.S. Highway 275 in Glenwood. Laubert was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Jonathan Lee Million, 37, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on June 26 at 1:45 p.m. on 182nd Street in Council Bluffs. Million was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree theft over $10,000, and first-degree criminal mischief over $10,000. Bond was listed at $25,000 on the criminal mischief charge.

Rudy Antonio Andres Francisco, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on June 27 at 1:22 a.m. on Highway 34 East near Pacific Junction. Andres Francisco was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Joshua Blake Anderson, 32, of Glenwood, was arrested on June 27 at 11:33 p.m. near Hilman Road in Glenwood. Anderson was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond was set at $1,000.

Dalton Alexandar Bedsole, 25, of Emerson, was arrested on June 28 at 5:07 p.m. on Bartlett Street in Emerson. Bedsole was charged with third-degree harassment. Bond was set at $300.

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that a criminal charge is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
