Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests
GLENWOOD, Iowa — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests between September 28 and October 4, 2026.
On September 28 at approximately 10:25 a.m., 41-year-old Crystal Dawn Edison of Malvern was arrested on East 4th Street in Malvern. Edison was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense, and two counts of child endangerment. Bond was listed at $5,000.
Also on September 28, 68-year-old Diane Davis of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested at approximately 10:55 a.m. on 221st Street in Glenwood. Davis was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond was listed at $1,000.
On October 1 at approximately 8:03 p.m., 30-year-old Garrett Mathew Dishman of Malvern was arrested on 2nd Avenue in Malvern. Dishman was charged with violation of a no-contact order involving a domestic case. Bond was listed at $300.
On October 4 at approximately 1:46 a.m., 41-year-old Paul Allen Vail of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on 189th Street in Council Bluffs. Vail was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was listed at $2,300.
All four arrests were made by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
