RED OAK — A Red Oak man was arrested Saturday night on public intoxication and interference charges.
According to the Red Oak Police Department, officers arrested 41-year-old Jeremy Ray Dilocker at approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday, July 18, in the 1800 block of North Fourth Street.
Dilocker was charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts, both simple misdemeanors. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and was being held on $600 bond at the time the information was released.
All charges are allegations, and Dilocker is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
