On Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, at 12:47 a.m., officers of the Red Oak Police Department arrested Jason Wayne Drews, 55, of Red Oak, for operating while intoxicated, first offense.
The arrest followed a traffic stop at the Highway 34/48 intersection. Drews was charged with one count of operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor.
He was transported to the Montgomery County and held on $1,000 bond
