Red Oak Police report OWI second-offense arrest
RED OAK, Iowa — The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of a Red Oak man following a traffic stop Friday night.
According to the department, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Alix Avenue at approximately 9:28 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026.
Officers arrested 42-year-old Jeremy Dillocker of Red Oak for operating while intoxicated, second offense.
Dillocker was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,000 cash or surety bond at the time the information was released.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. ropd arrest
