Shenandoah Schools Update: Postseason sports, spring activities, conferences, musical, and board game night
KCSI School Update with Shenandoah Communications Director Aaron Burdorf:
Postseason sports are in full swing. Boys basketball advances and plays at Holton tomorrow night against Ridgeview. Shenandoah also has two state wrestling qualifiers, starting their state run tomorrow afternoon. On the bowling side, Clay Fauch qualified for state after a big finish and will compete in Waterloo next Tuesday.
Parent-teacher conferences are Thursday, February 26 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with no school Thursday and no school Friday, February 27. Families should sign up through PowerSchool or call the school office for help.
The high school musical runs March 6–8, and the elementary board game night is March 3 from 4:30 to 5:30 in the K–8 building.
Melanie has been with KCSI / KOAK Radio since 1997, when she and her husband Aaron moved to Iowa to join the family business. Melanie enjoys traveling, reading, and painting. Melanie and Aaron have 2 children, Will, who lives in South Dakota and Allie who works in the business office at KCSI.
