Bedford man arrested in Villisca on Taylor County warrant

VILLISCA — A Bedford man was arrested Tuesday evening in Villisca on an active Taylor County warrant.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies arrested 46-year-old Joseph Dean Wallace at approximately 9:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, in the 100 block of East High Street. Wallace was wanted for violation of parole.

Following the arrest, Wallace was transferred to a Taylor County deputy and transported to the Taylor County Jail. He was being held without bond at the time the information was released.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
