The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported four arrests between Monday, July 13, and Thursday, July 16.
On July 13, deputies arrested 22-year-old Alaina Sue Abild of Griswold on a Cass County warrant for violation of probation. Abild was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and held.
On July 14, deputies arrested 45-year-old Stephen Bryan Youngs of Clarinda on charges of operating while intoxicated, second offense, and driving while barred. Youngs was transported to the Cass County Jail, where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
On July 16, deputies arrested 29-year-old Kara Hope Kelly of Atlantic on charges of eluding while traveling at least 25 miles per hour over the speed limit, interference with official acts and reckless driving. Kelly was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and held.
Also on July 16, deputies arrested 30-year-old Sarah Jo Porter of Cumberland on a charge of domestic assault with bodily injury, first offense. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail, where she was booked and later released on bond.
All criminal charges are accusations. Each defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
