Montgomery County woman arrested on warrant in Red Oak

RED OAK, Iowa — Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Red Oak woman Thursday evening on an active warrant.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 39-year-old Blair Shalayne Gross of Red Oak on March 5, 2026, at approximately 7:36 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Valley Street in Red Oak.

Authorities say Gross was taken into custody on an active Montgomery County warrant for driving while license denied or revoked.

Gross was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was being held on a $2,000 cash or surety bond.

All criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
