The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest press log covering March 30 through April 5, 2026

MILLS COUNTY — The Mills County Sheriff’s Office released its arrest press log covering March 30 through April 5, 2026, detailing seven arrests across the county.

According to the report, Adrian Charles Bauer, 48, of Emerson, was arrested March 30 at 8:11 p.m. on Manchester Street in Emerson. Bauer was charged with three counts of contempt—violation of a no contact order, with bond set at $300 on one count.

On April 1 at approximately 8:00 p.m., Mills County deputies arrested Angel Lou Griefis, 26, of Council Bluffs, in Glenwood on Ebaugh Street. Griefis was charged with child endangerment—methamphetamine exposure, with bond set at $5,000.

Three individuals were arrested April 4 at approximately 7:58 p.m. following a traffic stop on Interstate 29 northbound near Council Bluffs. Arryan Amari Williams, 27, of Omaha; A’Mya Lashawn Nichole Shelly, 20, of Omaha; and Tieara C. Mitchell, 42, of Omaha, were each charged with possession of a controlled substance—marijuana, first offense. Bond for each was set at $1,000.

In the early morning hours of April 5, at approximately 3:45 a.m., Emily Lynn Torres, 32, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested on Interstate 29 north near Pacific Junction. Torres was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense, and held on $2,000 bond.

Later that same day, at approximately 2:54 p.m., Nicholas James Gragg, 34, of Malvern, was arrested in Glenwood on Industrial Road. Gragg was charged with violation of a no contact order—domestic.

All arrests were made by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities note that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
