The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported six arrests in the county between Feb. 9 and Feb. 15, 2026

The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported six arrests in the county between Feb. 9 and Feb. 15, 2026, according to the agency’s arrest press log.

On Feb. 9, William Ray Dougherty, 50, of Council Bluffs, was arrested at ST/Hanna Ave. in Pacific Junction on a charge of possession of marijuana, first offense. Bond was listed at $1,000.

On Feb. 10, Adrian Charles Bauer, 47, of Emerson, was arrested on Sharp Street in Glenwood on a charge of assault with intent to inflict serious injury. Bond was listed at $2,000. Also on Feb. 10, Jason Allan Schultz, 51, of Glenwood, was arrested on 6th Street in Glenwood on a charge of assault causing bodily injury. Bond was listed at $0.

Later that day, Patrick Clayton Giesting, 32, of Malvern, was arrested on Main Street in Malvern on a charge of driving under suspension. Bond was listed at $300. That night, Lee Alfred Miles, 49, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on Sharp Street in Glenwood on a charge of violation of probation. Bond was listed at $5,000.

On Feb. 15, Denis M. Ramos Chicas, 39, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on Interstate 29 north in the Council Bluffs area on charges of OWI, first offense, and contraband/weapon in a correctional facility (felony). Bonds were listed at $1,000 for the OWI charge and $5,000 for the contraband/weapon charge.

All charges are accusations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
